Quality Policy

Basic Chemical Industries Company (BCI Group) declares its Quality Policy as an integral part of the company’s overall policy and strategy, guiding the organization towards continuous improvement of its performance:

  • The Company recognizes that continuous improvements related to satisfaction of the requirements, needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties are the responsibility of all its employees at all levels.
  • The Company shall ensure consistent compliance with its Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and continually improve their effectiveness.
  • The Company shall pursue policies which enhance its employees’ quality to ensure the quality of the provided products and services to its customers in addition to the materials and services provided to the company by different suppliers.
  • The company shall maintain and make efforts to improve the health and safety of its employees and to do the needful to protect the environment.
  • The Company shall continually evaluate, motivate, train and develop its human resources to ensure achievement of its objectives including those related to quality.
  • The Company Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing, reviewing, and measuring quality objectives.
  • The Company Shall communicate its Quality Policy and the quality objectives throughout the organization, so that employees at all levels can understand and fulfill the commitment made in it.

In order to achieve this, BCI has established Quality Management System in accordance to: ISO 9001:2008 This Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability and relevance to our business.
